  • What is your management fee?

    1 home: $120/month

    2 homes: $110/month

    3-10 homes: $100/month

    Leasing fee: 30% of one month's rent | Renewal fee: $150

  • Where will my property be advertised?

    We will market properties on our website as well as other popular sites as needed to ensure limited vacancy periods.

  • How often will I receive distributions & how are they made?

    Owner's distributions are typically disbursed on the 15th of each month by either check or ACH.

  • Do you screen the tenants you lease to?

    As part of our rental application screening process, we will request background checks via TransUnion. This includes criminal history, eviction history, and a credit report to ensure we bring in high-quality tenants.

  • Can I login to an owner portal to view payments?

    Yes, our portal provides transparency into what is going on with your property. Not only can you view payments, you will be able to view maintenance requests, owner statements, and other reports that provide insight into the health of your investment.
